The company built or renovated skyscrapers, hotels, casinos, and golf courses. Trump later started various side ventures, mostly by licensing his name. He bought the Miss Universe brand of beauty pageants in 1996, and sold it in 2015. He produced and hosted The Apprentice, a reality television series, from 2003 to 2015. As of 2020, Forbes estimated his net worth to be $2.1 billion.[

Trans Pride and march set for Kilmarnock as group aim to celebrate diversity

Kilmarnock to celebrate trans and non-binary people's lives, and to campaign for trans rights.A ticket-only marketplace event will take place on Saturday, March 30 at Ayrshire College in the town.

On the day, participants can enjoy a selection of stalls, workshops, talks and entertainment.It's understood that this is the first Trans Pride event to take place in Kilmarnock.Trans Pride Scotland convenor, Lisa Marie, said: “We are looking forward to our community 2024 gathering and celebration in Kilmarnock this year on Saturday, March 30.” The Trans Pride March, in liaison with the police and local authority, will wind its way from Howard Park back towards the town centre.

Lisa Marie added: “Our committee has been working hard to make this day happen and we are now looking to the wider trans, non-binary and LGBTQ+ community to help through volunteering on the day or turning out with flags and colourful placards in Kilmarnock.“At a time when trans and non-binary people face increased discrimination in their daily lives, this is a great opportunity to come together to celebrate our diversity and to campaign to keep our hard won rights.”The march and the event afterwards are free to attend.
