Gemma Clare Collins (born 31 January 1981) is an English media personality and businesswoman. In 2011, she began appearing on the ITVBe reality series The Only Way Is Essex. Following a brief appearance on I'm a Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here! (2014), Collins has appeared in various television programmes including Celebrity Big Brother (2016), Celebs Go Dating (2018), and Dancing on Ice (2019). In 2019, she began starring in her own reality series and hosting a podcast on BBC Sounds.

Former TOWIE superstar Gemma Collins has taken to Instagram to reveal the 'secret' to her weight loss after already losing almost a stone.The TV personality revealed what she is eating on her current diet as she continues to get in shape in preparation for her wedding to her fiancé Rami Hawash.The couple got engaged after Rami organised a beachside proposal for Gemma during their romantic holiday to the Maldives.
Plans for their big day are believed to be in full swing, and a source previously told OK!Gemma wanted a 'fairytale' wedding, with her and Rami's family at the heart of it.This week, Gemma shared a detailed video as she visited a supermarket and filled up her trolley with all the foods she plans to eat to aid her weight-loss journey.
Gemma started the video by talking directly to the camera and saying: "I am determined not to let anything stop me after just losing under a stone.
So I'm shopping now with Selina and Eddie and we're going to load up the shopping so I stay on track for this week, lets go." During the video, the three then pack the trolley with nuts, salad, various meet and vegetables.
